These Terms of Service govern your use of the Forward AI website (kial.ai/forward-ai/) and any services provided by Forward AI, operated by Kial (x@kial.co).
1. Services
Forward AI provides custom AI integration services including AI agents, workflow automation, RAG systems, and AI strategy consulting. All project scopes, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon separately in writing before work begins.
2. Engagements
- A discovery call and written proposal precede all paid engagements
- Work begins only upon signed agreement and receipt of deposit (where applicable)
- Project deliverables, revisions, and timelines are defined per engagement
- Intellectual property for custom-built systems transfers to the client upon full payment
3. Payment
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms are 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Late payments may result in project pause. Refunds are handled case-by-case and outlined in the project agreement.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not disclose your business details, workflows, or data to third parties without your explicit consent. You agree to the same regarding any proprietary methods or tools we share during an engagement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Forward AI provides services in good faith. We are not liable for business outcomes, revenue loss, or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of delivered systems. AI systems involve inherent uncertainty and we do not guarantee specific business results.
6. Website Use

7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
